KZN130 Radiator Flush plan - someone have a check ppls

Guys,
My rad fluid looks more brown than Red/Pink. I just dont want to give it a "simple" flush, I want to use a good radiator cleaner in there to get it back to "factory fresh". Can someone suggest a good radiator flushing fluid for me? It needs to be gentle on any alloy bits in side the engine, remember.

Method:

1: Run the engine to agitate all the solute into suspension and get coollant warm

2: Set heater matrix to full hot, remove cap and unclip lower hose to drop the coolant out

3: Refill with running water, add the Radiator Cleaner and let it run for a wee while, surging the engine intermittantly

4: Drop cleaning water out again, run tap-water thru the system (stuck into radiator filler hole or do I plug it into top hose?) so that it runs clear at the bottom hose. Should the engine be running at this point?

5: Reconnect everything and add Toyota Red Coolant mix to the engine, making sure matrix is fully open.

6: Run engine with cap off, then refill if there is a drop. (how long should I run it, what am I supposed to watch out for?)

Is this right? Anything I have missed? Is it a better idea to add the radiator cleaner to the original coollant and run it around for a day or so? or is it fine to just drop as much of the dirty stuff out and add water + Cleaner for a second, 10 min static engine run?

Do I HAVE to do that "Coolant Burping" trick or is that shown to help ppl who have a particular problem with cooling?

OK my take on this. Everything is OK except use the drain tap as it will be easier.

Use Holts Radflush in the system.

When flushing with the hose, don't have the engin running, also remove the thermostat and reconnect the pipes/housing. Remove top hose from rad, insert hosepipe in top hose and allow the hose pressure to flush around the system, should come out of the top hose connection on the rad. Then reverse - push hose into top of radiator and allow to flush the other way round. Do this total for at least 30 minutes, a lot of the rubbish once the initial stuff is out will still be coming but you won't be able to see it.

Refit the thermostat, all hoses, then fill through rad cap with premixed antifreeze/water (use Toyota or I prefer Halfords professional coolant, mobil coolant concentrate or Bluecol with some DEI radiator relief added). Whatever you do though don't mix coolant types.

Run the engine with the rad cap off for about 15 minutes occasionally squeezing the heater hoses and the top hose to encourage airlocks to come out of the system. Top up if neccessary with coolant mix.

Also a good idea is to flush through the heater hoses going through the bulk head to the heater matrix.
