Rotten rubber

Someone please come up with an alternative to rubber soon coz its damagin my tender bank balance. Heres my list of rubber boots and gaiters needing changing

2 boots on drivers side CV axle, have just done the passenger side.
2 boots burst on balljoints on front anti roll bar droplink bars
Track rod end balljoint boots on both sides only 1 year old and already toast
1 Boot in drivers side caliper gone and caliper only working at 75% because of it
Rubber bung around steering column at bulkhead hole torn to shreds

Wonder if we could recycle latex into CV boots
