Stiffening up the back end - Gen 3

I'm going to be doing more and more towing in the future so need to stiffen the back of my truck.

I've had a search but have only succeeded in confusing myself.....

I wouldn't mind lifting the truck in the future - perhaps when tyres are due - but for right now I need to deal with a droopy arse when towing.

Your suggestions please chaps
