Difficulty starting at times

Hi guys and thanks for a great forum!

Have now been the proud owner of a 94 3.0 auto diesel for the past 4 months. Really love the car and up till recently it has never skipped a beat,,,

Periodically I have trouble starting it, only by wiggling the gear lever and sometimes shifting it back and forth from neutral to drive does it turnover and start. It can be left in sub zero temperatures for days on end and start up without trouble, after a run it seems to be trouble!??

Apologies if this has been covered before but any help greatly appreciated!

I had the same problem. it turned out to be the starter motor you can get a repair kit from rough trax for £53.95 it cured mine.
