Rear number plate

Is there a specific fitting for the rear number plate?

Mine looks as though it's just sitting on two brackets at the bottom and stuck to the tailgate at the top

Thanks Vince, I already have the new number plate though, just trying to work out how they attach to the the back so that I can fit it.
