    Hi all,

I've been mulling over changing the wishbone and trailing arm bushes recently. It looks like my options are:

Toyota originals: prices look a bit like bumrape
Superpro: slightly better prices but I hear they are rock-hard and get squeaky
    Milners: cheaper version of SuperPro?
eBay thai rubber: decent prices but does anyone have any idea of quality?
Energy suspension: the black ones are meant to squeak less and price isn't too bad but as they are coming from America it would be good to hear first-hand opinions before committing to that.

Does anyone have any experiences with any of the above or recommendations for ones I've missed?

    Cheers.

I have experience of cheap polyurethane bushes, not Superpro,on a Rav4 and a Prado. They made for a hard ride. Since roads here are c**p I changed back to original toyota rubber ones, much softer, "cushiony" ride, much more suitable for corrugated and rocky terrain. Here they sell chinese aftermarket bushes fot Toyotas, they don't last. Maybe the Thai ones are ok?
Nifty Nev once posted a link to some quality, non original rubber bushes (ebay?) But I can't find it .
Don't know what Energy Suspension is but it sounds good .
    Good luck

Thanks for the information, I was wanting to avoid too harsh a ride with polys but the rubber ones just seem too expensive.

The Energy Suspension kit is here: http://www.energysuspensionparts.com...p?prod=8.18103

The eBay / Thailand ones were posted by Nev in another thread but I can't find any replies from people that have used them. I'd prefer rubber but not if they are going to be a bad fit or fall apart within a couple of years.

The blue milners ones are superpro - at least they were when I bought some approx 18-24 months ago.

I run superpro on all front wishbones, all trailing arms and panhard rod. Been on the truck for a year and not squeaking so far. Ride is a bit firmer than I'd like when the truck is empty. Fully loaded with camping gear it gets better.

I also run uprated torsion bars and rear springs so firmness is probably not all accountable to just the bushes.
