Manual Trans Bell Housing Slots KZN130

Hi all,

Changed the clutch last weekend. I also intended to do the breather extensions, but I got stumped by two things:

- I found two slots, perhaps 5mm by 10-15mm at the top of the bell housing. I've searched but can't find any info on these - are they clutch cooling slots?! Has anyone else found them? I want to wade deeper so am tempted to plug them but wanted to know if anyone else knows why they're there?

- I couldn't locate the transmission breather. Are manual trans breathers located differently to autos?

Not sure about these slots. Breather is centre front of shift lever base.
