  • Adding an autobox cooler

Done loads of reading so know most of the ins and outs of it

Just a couple that I couldnt find definate answers to so here goes !

How much more fluid will I need when adding a cooler with pipework ?

Also what temperature does the autobox usually operate and what temp causes the the light to come on out of curiosity ?

Additional fluid- Depends on the size of the cooler, but basically, not much, if any at all.

Temperature- With your in rad standard set up, autobox oil temp is the same as your coolant temp ( 80ish), unless you are ragging it hard off road or towing uphill or something, and then you'll get higher temps as the in rad exchanger fails to cope. Alarm temperature, don't know sorry.
