      Nothing wrong with a hydraulic, bolt it to the centre of the pulley, wind the rod into the crank and off it comes. It's what I used anyway.
      well, that was a bad idea!

            Thanks yes it was the front seal and didn't do the rest of the seals as the pump was dry and had no leaks it's not my car it's a mates but will prob have the pump off again soon as he runs it on bio diesel !!!

                No didn't need one 3 or 4 taps and it came off
