Not sure whether it's just me being a bumberclut or the fact that I have a 2.5 year old who likes to help and pick things up and then tuck them into an inexplicable location (like into shoes or toys) but....
Somewhere whilst cleaning the Hilux on Monday night I have lost the key. Fortunately it's unlocked and I live in a nice, secure space, so the fact the back door is still unlocked 24/7 isn't an immediate concern.
Can anyone suggest what the best solution is? Obviously there are 4 'locks' to consider - Ignition barrel, front doors and boot. Is there a one-stop replacement set I can buy?! Will toyota have some way of providing a copy based on any other information I can give them? They're the original locks to the car.
I have changed ignition barrels on much cleverer cars, so it doesn't daunt me. My biggest issue is that I'm a single dad who needs space for two car seats on Saturday and my other car doesn't befit 2 child seats!!
Any ideas!?
Thanks
