As yours is a '95, it'll be electric, thats what the 'e' on the end of 1KZ-Te means. Have a read of your truck's VIN plate.

All Surfs went EFI after 90/91, only the very oldest 2.4 2nd gens have mechanically operated fuel pumps.

After that that are all electronic, regardless of what you want to call it.

The only non EFI trucks later than that will be UK 4Runners or pickups.
