3rd gen front diff

hi all, i am trying to source front diff bearings and seals for my 96 3rd gen surf, i have toyota part numbers and can buy them from my local main dealer-no problem apart from the "oh my god" price, 2 bearings @ £61+vat plus the two seals at £40+vat, rough trax/milner no help, any info would be great including anyone who may have a s/h unit, thanks, kirk.

If you have the part #'s, then start searching ebay and the internet for better prices than the dealer offers. Here in NA, some dealers operate online parts sales and are able to offer better pricing online than what they can sell over the counter for, no idea if that kind of thing goes on over there though.
