Engine troubles - help a newbie

Symptoms were:

No power and check engine light coming on just before the turbo could kick in properly. Struggling to get 35mph.

Does the green turbo light come on at all?

You can get second hand pumps for around £50. I sell them for £45 (not got any at the moment).

The green turbo light does come on. It's intermittent usually comes on then goes off when the check engine light comes on.

Happy to wait if I can find one for £50
