      tbh honest i would just get underneath and drain some yourself.

        You have to have extrememly over filled it to do any damage, like mentioned above it will try to hydrolock the pistons from behind, slightly over filled won't hurt it, if it reaches the crank then it'll feel weird when running as the big ends 'splash' through the oil.

        I wouldn't be to bothered with it being 5 or even 10mm over max. Most older trucks will use that up in no time but you would be perfectly entitled to get a garage to put it right if you wanted, as its not correct.
