RE: Rear wiper blade change

Can anyone help daft it may sound but how do i get hold of a new wiper blade for my 93 surf ssrx2.4td as it appears to be non standard with 2 little screws holding it onto the arm,
The screws have the heads worn away so i cant unscrew so i can only assume its the original blade would that mean i would have to change the arm and this rubber bit that sticks out as you cant drill out the screws as they are too small and replacement ones offrered on certain sites seem only to be standard hook on ones

Thats as much as you need, stops you seeing the clouds of black smoke behind!

I found it easier to replace the rubber part only and paint the existing metal with Hammerite or similar.
