When driving over rough sections of road I have an annoying squeek coming from the steering column.
Im guessing its coming from somehwere in the steering column as if I put pressure downwards or upwards on the steering wheel it stops. Makes no difference where the steering wheel is set height wise.
Took the cowling off today and had a go at getting some WD40 into the bush / bearing at the top - the universal joint just below the lock / ignition tube seems well greased.
Didnt make a difference...... anyone had this before how did you fix it?
