  • KZN130 still overheating

my surf is still overheating. Have fitted a new head, old one was pressure tested and found to be cracked. Have also fitted new radiator, removed guts of thermostat and bolted the viscous coupling solid. I'm losing about a litre of coolant every 25 miles and appears to be pumped out of expansion pipe. Running the vehicle, there are a lot of air bubbles appearing in top of rad. Am I missing something? Has anyone else had this problem? PLease help!
