Heater Servo Parts Wanted

Hi - advice/assistance required please!

I have a 1994 3.0TD SSRX. The servo motor/s in the front heater unit have failed so no matter which heater control button I push the airflow does not change. I have had the electrics checked and know that all the buttons work, and with the dash off we can manually move the flap controls.

So I think I need a replacement unit as presumably the servo/s are not replaceable as an individual part? Does this seem right and where could I get a replacement unit with all the right parts?

there is only one servo, check the cable from the servo to the linkages on the side of the heater isn't kinked, its normally that.
