leaky radiator

Finally found where my radiator is leaking from on my 95 surf. There is a hairline crack just near the cap, squirting out a very fine jet. What i need to know, is any ideas for a permanant fix, before i have a go with a blow lamp and some solder. Also a rough guess on a price for a new rad. Has anyone besides my old fella ever soldered a radiator before??? Cheers all.

Thats where they all seem to go its a weak spot i think. Mine has had a piece of metal welded there to sure it up. This was all done before i bought the surf.
