Wheel arch liner clips

Encountered the round head, square body arch liner clips whilst getting at my knackered aerial tonight.
They appear to be one-shot, ie no way of getting them out intact. Is there anywhere to buy these, or do I resort to tie wraps ?

I did the tie wrap bit till I changed the head, took them off and binned them now. H
