Having suffered varying degrees of power loss combined with grey/blue smoke from the exhaust i did the diagnostic and it came up with code 14. Is this the air flow meter specifically or could it be a turbo problem of some kind. It always starts fine, ticks over fine and goes for at least 5 mins with no problem. Once hot enough it will start to cough then gets progressively worse until limp mode kicks in and it's walking pace home!!! If it is the airflow meter is there a parts man on here that could assist me?

I'm a newbie to these vehicles, but having had air flow meter problems with a Ford Maverick (Nissan Terrano), a local breaker just looked at the part number on it and sourced an identical item from a Nissan Sunny. The airflow meters are often fitted to a variety of vehicles, so taking it along to a decent breakers, they should be able to find one with the same part number ?3rd gen 3.0 SSR-V '98 R
