mornin' all
aftrer going over the truck this weekend in prep for the MoT as well as some general underbody maintenance (greasing the props, coating the brake pipes etc.) I realised that in the 6 years I've owned her, I've never topped up or changed the front diff oil.
All is well but I would like to do it and here's the first prob, I removed the steel guard but couldn't see either the front diff drain plug or filler - anyone know where they are (piccie would be great if poss).
Other thing is that the mid section of the exhaust was changed 2 years ago and although it's still really strong with no corrosion/holes when I knock it it sounds like the bafles are loose in the silencer. It doesn't affect how she runs other than a bit of a rattle - will this affect the MoT or are they usually happy as long as it's in good state and the emissions are within limits.
