At the risk of sounding like the sterotypical dumb blonde: please could someone explain the use of the Overdrive button?! Husband and I disagree about when to use overdrive, so we need the arguement settled! Can't find any other posts about it on the forum......... Thanks.

Never switch mine off stays on all the time and reduces the engine reving its nuts off gets into top with overdrive and purrs along nicely.....
Unlike the ect button which never gets turned on...Remember arrows are silent.....................
Don't forget to tell everyone its indestructable as seen on top gear.......

Basiclly if it's struggling to hold o/d, or is hunting between 3rd and o/d, switch it off, otherwise let the truck have all it's gears available.Gone from 4x4 to 1x2
