                  I'm lost. It was run on the road in 4wd, it boils up... Might need a priest for the last rites !!!
                  Seriously a hammer drill sound in 2 wd sounds very much like bronze bushes.

                    cool, she doesnt get much warmer in 4wd than 2wd.....

                    can you get bronze bushes in a motor factor??? are the idiot serviceable???

                      Your going to need a lot of swearwords...
                      Use the search button and type in bronze bush replacement. Biohazard(formerly woodzie) did a good write up on what to do. Try
                      mattf's site as well.... It's not that an easy job

                              So, we're back to the conclusion I mentioned on page one then? Also might be worthwhile collaring fatfires. I seem to remember he fabbed something up to make removal/replacement of the bushes easier.

                                but wasnt it fun bouncing ideas around, i appreciate all your help guys.... i am enjoying my saturdays playing with truck.... its getting there now... just need a few quid for repairs..... might even take a roadtrip from dublin to rich / stormforce... :O
