Paintwork

I have a 12/1991 wide body 2.4TD surf with the standard two tone burgundy/grey paintwork. I need to do some touch up work on some of the areas and repaint the dinky mirror on my left wing, but my local Toyota guy can't seem to work out the paint codes for me to order.

Can anyone out there help me out, and has a bit more knowledge then the nounces at my dealership, about this issue?

Don't bother with toyota paints, even if they can find a code, after over 10 years your paint will probably have faded a bit, so the original paint may no longer match perfectly. Go to an auto paints specialists and have them mix the paint specifically to match your Surf. If you remove your fuel filler flap and leave it with them they should be able to match it exactly, will probably be cheaper than toyota and they should be able to supply it from stock (well within a few hours) in your choice of aerosol or brushable etc.
