Looking for LSD and axle info

I'm looking for a LSD axle/diff but unsure what to look for as in number and what there fitted too.
Basicly i'm after an LSD diff with a ratio of about 3.5 to 3.9. Its not to go into a hilux.
Or can i get any LSD equiped axle and just re-gear it? What diffs are the same/interchangeable?
And what sort of prices do they go for.

I guess that the G is the what the 8" axle is refered to?
The diff ratio can be 03 up to 06 and quite a few others too. But are they all available in the G axle?

What year is the G type fitted from to?

You're looking for a G in either 03, 04, 05, 06, or 07 depending on ratio and a 5 as the last digit. No idea if they all come in the LSD.

you need a diff with number 5 on the end that is an lsd i have various ratios that i sell for £100 posted

What size axle would be fitted to an LN130 1992 surf? Its it still the 8" diff, as i can't get the axle code for it.

Are the 4runner axel codes marked up the same as the surf cause i thought they were a bit different
