passenger side window sticking and dose not work when drivers door is open
but dose work when drivers door is wiggled i have put a new windows stitches on in could this be a damage wire in the door going in to the car ...eny ideas thaks:

Sounds very much like a cracked wire in the loom going into the door. You'll need to pull back the rubber gaiter and have a good look inside.
