Engine will not Reve till it heats up

Hi,
I have a KZN130-Hilux. It recently developed a hard start particularly in the morning. And it will not rev off (after starting) until it heats up. Heating up can take 4 to 5 minutes before I can start off. Even if gear engnaged before heat up it will not move. please help
