I've ordered some new brake discs and pads for my 94 KZN130. Before I start the job is there a procedure for doing this correctly?
On my Sierra a few years ago, you'd unbolt and remove the wheel, unbolt and move away the caliper, and remove the disc by removing a retaining screw/bolt. Fitting was obviously the reverse of removal. Is it the same on a Surf?
For the new pads though, the pistons had to be 'screwed' back in as they had a thread. If you just forced them back in you would damage them and need new calipers.
Can anyone offer any words of wisdom before I start?
Thanks.
