  • 2nd gen chassis dimensions

    Hi guys.

I am trying to find the chassis dimensions for a 2nd gen surf.

Does anyone know where I could find them or someone have them to hand.

    Hope someone can help.

what actual dimensions do you want.e.g total length, size of the box sections etc.
If i know what measurements you want i will measure up over the w/end on the breaker for you

not to sure exactly. Sorry to sound stupid.

Basically some one drove into the front passenger side of my truck. Most of the impact was taken into the wheel.

The car is pulling to the left. The engineer from the insurance said the chassis is twisted but is repairable as not that bad.

Still drivable, but want to get it sorted. Have access to a dozer etc to get the job done, just wanted some dimensions so I knew where to pull it back too.

Doubt that helps much though. lol

Well it was a tad out. Straightened it a bit, just a little more to make it perfect.

Only thing I have noticed is that the wheel sits about 20mm closer to the arch. As in the bit just in fron of the door.

Is there anything in the suspension or steering which may be bent to cause this.
