Bibbs, if all else fails road tyres will cut it for a lot of whats there I'm sure. Last time we went out greenlaning there were others with road tyres who did fine.
In fact the only one who got stuck on the day had huge great muds on that succeeded in being so large that they jammed in the ruts, helped by the tread on their sidewalls that did its job and bit in to the very dry earth gaining so much traction that they stuck fast and almost burnt out his clutch.
Soooo... sometimes road tyres are better than huge offroad ones.

It could well prove true - The pics i've seen from bordon have all looked as though it's pretty sandy down there, in which case your road tyres will perform better than an aggressive mud over a lot of the terrain anyway=========
