Brakes

Hi Folks.... For those that don't know me.... My names Keir and I'm fresh as can be to the surf crowed! After a number of problems already... I have yet another one!!!

My Brakes have suddenly started making a horrible grinding noise!
My guess is the Brake pads have completly worn and its metal on metal!???
If This is the case then I'm hoping to carry out the work my self but as usual I need advice on how to do this!?
Also Where and how easy is it to get hold of these parts for a surf?

The wear indicator is little bit of metal that simply touches on the disc when the pads are low and makes a lovely noise.
Very simple to change, Main dealers could get them for you or mail order through somewhere like www.milnerconv.co.uk.
