regular maintenace

Hi,
Been running my 3rd gen 3L TD ssr g for over a month now with no problems. I'm on 30% veg oil with no change in power or mpg.
Its come to that time where i want to change the oils, coolant and anything else that needs doing.
Has any one got a link to step by step instructions including pictures if possible, for the regular maintenance required.
