2 bolts either side connecting the bumper irons to the chassis (14mm).

1 nuts inset in the wheelarch extension front of each front wheelarch - 12mm (2 nuts total).

Take the 2 12mm nuts off first.

        Cheers

Done it about 10 times on mine when I was fitting the front fogs and spots.

            Cheers

My bumper has pushed back about an inch from that slight bump i had the other day so this will be my job for the weekend. is it likely that ive bent some form of bracket in the bump??

                Marky.

you're probably OK, the brackets can move on the mounts as the holes are elongated. You may have bent the brackets that attach the ends to the wheelarch but these easily bend back. The other 4 bolts are on sliding mounts.

                Cheers

cheers andy, i noticed it today the end caps on the bumpers are out of line with the wheel arches, so is it a case of slacken bolts & pull it back or shall i remove the whole thing.

I'd take it off, the while it is off you can spray the back of it with waxoyle to stop the rust before it gets bad. Then put it back on and line it up.

                    Cheers

The bulbs are held into the cases by twist on holders, just twist them off - they even have wings on them to help.

                        Cheers

Take off the orange lense by unscrewing 2 screws, pull the small unit fwd, refit the lense, put the unit back through the hole sideways, makes a great handle for lifting the removed bumper!
