local garage has had the van since thursday am and still not found why brakes are binding so heres your chance to prove you know more than a garage full of experienced mechanics
obviously i dont know the answer to the question yet myself but thought it would be fun to get some of you involved with your witty answers.
which brakes are binding ,front or rears, does the rears have pads or shoes, is it only when car has bin on a run or is it binding all the time more info of the fault would be a good start

fronts are the prob, rear is drums, heres wot happened drove 5 miles to a builders merchants parked up for 5 mins drove off 500 yrds brakes started to drag, drove on for 5 miles to garage brakes now smoking and i could only get 40 mph out of the van, they put it on a brake tester to confirm only the fronts were dragging, ok i will give you a bit of back ground 6 months ago the van developed a binding issue and the master cylinder and servo were changed ( £ 850) pads were changed in next service, brakes never been the same ie not as sharp and could get them to suffer from pump out.
