i would spend the money on either the r/trax new or recon unit.The milners ones aren't as good quality.

the thermostat is on the left side of the engine under the aircon.Follw the bottom rad hose and you will soon find it.It is a bit of a pain to get to and i would advise a 10mm deep socket also to make life a bit easier

The thermostat is down under the turbo, follow the bottom hose on the rad.
New roughtrax rads are good quality, as good as a genuine Toyota one anyway.
