Standard 3.0 Exhust System

When I imported my truck (2nd Gen 3.0L diesel), it came with a horrendous "chave" exhust system - with a rear silencer the size of dust bin! made a great sound but the noise got to me. So I have now fitted standard mid and rear sections. The edge has come off the performance very slightly, which is fine. But should I be adjusting the fuel flow some how? I know with petrol engines you would adjust the jets in the carbs to suit the exhust/air filters, but I'm not sure what you do in the case of diesel engines? It seems to running fine so I'm inclined to leave it unless anyone thinks I should do something.

i believe from what i have read on here you dont have to do anything as your ecu will take care of your fuel mixture etc
im sure someone with more knowledge will answer you soon

yep ECU will sort it all out for you.

you could try selling the old pipe on here...

It was. It had a 5 inch tail pipe and woke the whole street up!
