noisey diff

Have a 1996 KJN185 3rd generation surf which has a noisey differential, hopefully its just the bearings that require a swap. If the pinion and ring gear are also u/s does anyone know of a supplier where I can get an exchange unit ? Thanks in anticipation

You should have the same 8" diff as 2nd gens, so parts come from the usual sources, Milners, LA Supertrux, Toyota, etc. Lots of options if you get one from the US.

Just check you don't have a LSD or electric locker before ordering stuff.

Thanks for that Tony ..LA Supertrux say they have the ring gear and pinion in stock if needed. Will see what condition the gears are in this weekend
