fender difference between Surf & 4Runner?

I am wondering if the Hilux Surf JDM original fender flares/wheel arch extensions will fit on a 4runner without modification? Are the fenders just the same other than the little light? Also with these flares, is there supposed to be any bracket required to fit the front flares?

not sure for certain but i would of thought they would be the same but someone will correct me if i'm wrong.
The arch extensions screw/bolt/rivot onto the lip of the wing

is there a bracket to secure front flares?

Anybody know for sure if the fenders are exactly the same shape? Also, is there a bracket of some kind to secure the front flares? Somebody must have taken a front flare off to know this. thanks
