Steering wheel.and towing

Hi, can anyone tell me if the steering wheel and boss from a Toyota Celica 2.0GTR will fit my 1993 Surf.
Also i tow a car trailer plus car ,total weight about 1500kg with this 2.4 auto Surf, has never given any probs, but should i really have a transmission oil cooler fitted for safety.

The stearing wheel and boss will fit.. I had a GT4 wheel on my last Surf.
