front diff output seal

is it a bitch of a job? or something that should really only be done by someone with good mechanical knowledge? Does it require any special tools?

or do i just crack on and give it a go meself?

the haynes manual says you will need a slide hammer with an adapter plate to get the driveshafts out, but im sure you could improvise. doesnt look too bad, but they never do, do they?

no mention of the seal at all, but I'm sure it would still be cheaper to take it somewhere to finish it , with the diff already off than pay them to strip it down too.

depends if you need it daily I suppose.
