  • Near side sill required

Can anyone suggests places where I can buy a new sill for my '94 KZN130?
I looked at Milners but they don't appear to stock such a part.
I haven't dared try Toyota yet.

The side step also needs replacing, but I'm thinking ebay is favourite.

    Any help much appreciated.

      Thanks
I checked with Milner's and they could only advise Toyota. So I mustered up the courage to telephone Toyota and they want £80+VAT. I guess that's what it's going to cost me.
As for the steps, a new set costs anywhere between £190 and £300 for non-standard parts. I'm not sure about original Toyota parts. Secondhand, it looks like I might be able to acquire some for around £70.

      Why are you selling yours?

This sounds interesting. Maybe it is another option for me to consider.
Someone has just been discussing with me the possibility of repairing the damage with glass fibre and body filler.

Can you buy rock sliders? If so, please could you give me some pointers.

I'm also wondering whether you can get checker plate covers to cover the outer sill. I've seen this type of thing on landrovers, but maybe there is something similar for Surfs?

              Thanks
              Mark..

I think Jotto is doing them and Vatchman is making up a batch for a few of us but there is a waiting time on these as Mark has got a lot on what with work etc.You can buy them but its just a case of having a trawl thru the web but if you have a chat with Jotto or Vatchman then they may be able to sort some for you
As for the chequer plate i wouldn't like to say
