t-belt indicator light

my 90' surf's T-BELT indicator light has come on today, can anybody tellme what that is about ? Also how does a fella adjust his fuel pump to get better acceleration ? I hope to get some kind of direction, I will be very grateful. One more thing, can anybody tell me how I can get my hands on an owners manual?

you need your timing belt changed if it hasn't been done already.if it has then in the bottom centre of the dash clocks you will see a small rubber grommit take that out and using a cocktail stick or something press the reset button on the dash you can see it thru the plastic
