Does anyone know if I can swap an R150F transmission/ transfer case from a 1990 4RN VZ130 (3.0l V-6 gas) in a 1991 4RN RN130 (2.4l I-4 22RE gas). I know I cannot swap the bellhousings as the R150F has a large 9 bolt bellhousing to transmission pattern & the G58 has a small 9 bolt bellhousing to transmission pattern, but I was wondering if the bellhousing to motor bolt pattern on these 2 bellhousing are the same (the reason I think they might be is that the similar R151F transdmission was used behind the 22RTE setup in the late 80's. Sorry this is not diesel related.

The Toyota 4-Runner vehicles equipped with the 3.0 litre V6 engine have a different transmission and transfer case to the earlier 4-Runner 4 cylinder vehicles.
