Some of the dealers do tend to be unhelpful plonkers.

Same down here. I had a young guy one day at a dealer who obviously had no idea how to use the EPC to look up Surf parts. He tried to cover up by telling me they don't supply parts for Jap imports. Regular guy came back from lunch soon after and sorted it out. You can get helpfull and not so helpfull people (read idiots) working in the same place.

Hope you don't mind me asking, did it all download okay? This bunch on here have made me paranoid about whether the servers working okay. Just wanting to double check seeing as you've completed the process successfully. Cheers.

No major problems with the download, one did time out, but then picked up again where it left off when i re-connected. My only problem was speed of my connection (512). I am so jealous of people who get up to 8Mb!!!
