Best torrent software I've tried personally upto just is Azureus. Not tried the uTorrent one. Some of the other clients are bl00dy awful, aren't they.

Must admit, though, any form of peer/torrent software is a killer on a network. Occasionally fire Azureus up, but hate the traffic it causes. Same with Limewire.

Just off on a slight tangent Nev, you wouldn't happen to have any other databases for the prog other than the EU and Jap ones, would you?

If you've left it running(?), it'll probably be finished sooner than that. Just in the process of uploading the separately zipped portions of the programme. Biggest single part is under 300Mb, so makes no difference to overall download time, but gives that warm fuzzy feeling about download time if you download them one at a time.

Right then girls , the other directory is up:

            http://outgoing.bauchan.org/software/Toyota

All the database directories are seperately zipped and downloadable, as is the base installation diectory (required), and the docs directory.

Note: Read the README.txt file for basic instructions.

Nope. I thought they may have been on the version I downloaded but the computer went troppo when I tried to do the initial setup with the US box checked so I guess it's not there.

Yup, that one just has the Jap and EU databases. Been having a look, and I can't seem to find the US database anywhere. Don't need them, but just thought they might be a worthwhile addition to the software stash.

BTW, is it just me that's not used to these things, or did it take you awhile to figure out how to work the bl00dy thing as well?

Yeah, took a while even with the help from Jason in this thread.

Directories, not files. The setup *is* easy. It's the use that's a head scratcher.

p.s: That is the DVD version.

Right.. I've downloaded this file three times now, each lasting a good 36 hours, and each time I've not been able to open the zip file due to it being a 'corrupt file'. I'm guessing it's just a tiny glitch in one part of the download, thats causing the problem.. Grrr..

Anyway... Anyone want to bung it on a dvd for me and post it?!?
                          It just does, OK?

Which file? The bit-torrent or the first one?

Dave, you haven't deleted the file you downloaded, have you? Just checking it now, and it may merely be a permissions thing. Are you running 2000 or XP? Trying it on 2K, and it appears to be assigning the wrong permissions, so should be fixable. (Also double checking the copy on the server). Apologies.
