How do i remove the speedo gauges part?

I need to repaint the speedo and tach needles on my 95 pick up because they changed to white from orange. I need to remove the cluster. Are there any wires/cables to look out for when removing it that they could snap?
How do you remove the clear plastic cover?
Has anybody done this? If so what paint did you use?

Pull off the heater slider knobs, prise off the red/blue heater/switch surround, pull out cup holder, remove lower pert of dash that surrounds the ignition switch,then you'll see the three of four screws that hold the clocks/heater vents surround on.
When that part is removed, remove the four screws that hold the speedo/tacho binacle. Pull forward and un-plug the four multi-plug connectors to release the binacle. There's no speedo cable to unplug as yours is a 1995 and is the electronic version. To remove the clear plastic cover, you need to pinch the tabs at the back and at the same time pull the cover off.
