      what does a bearing blow behanve like in case I get one..?
      mine was a bit down too with a boot full of tools and the spare slung in the back, that trailer riding at a dodgy height too didnt help

        In H it goes straight through, only L range goes though gears, so you can't alter H's ratio. You only get lower gears for when in L range which won't help you for normal driving.

        The lower gears for T/case's only fit gear driven T/cases, all Auto Surfs are chain driven, and I think the manual one's are as well, but not sure.
