fitting 31x10.5x16's

recently been informed that i can mount these on my 16x6 rims with no mods needed to the truck itself (tis a 2.4 92 pick up not surf)

will i still need to remove the lower half of the front bumper? or not.

will i still need to remove the lower half of the front bumper? or not.

Those will fit on a standard Surf. I only have the standard 15" rims,
so I have 31x10.50x15's on mine.

Should be ok but depends on the wheel offset AFAIK. I've got 31x10.5s on a mk5 pickup and they fit fine. I've got the VX model alloys though cos all the aftermarket alloys i liked wouldnt accept those tyres on.
