Can anyone advise how I can get parts to replace the small plastic wormdrives in the sunroof?

Toyota want over £100 per side for a complete new cable.

Can anyone recommend any Toyota breakers that I can contact to try to find these parts - even a complete sunroof would do (although the rest of it on my Surf is fine).
